Welcome to the Treasury Organization Performance System!

The Treasury Organizational Performance System (TOPS) is designed to help Treasury manage its performance measures and meet reporting requirements established by Departmental policy. Performance measures are a critical part of how Treasury evaluates progress toward strategic goals and objectives, sets priorities, and identifies risks and challenges. In TOPS, you have the ability to enter new performance measures, request updates, and monitor trends in data over time.
